Immanuel - God With Us

Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel – Isaiah 7:14.

                            Immanuel is a Hebrew word which means ‘God with us’. God came to this world to be always with us. So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”  Mathew 1:22,23.

                           There is no need to fear about anything in our life as God is with us to help us and strengthen us. Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand - Isaiah 41:10. The mighty God is in our midst. The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing - Zephaniah 3:17.

                        God dwells in us and He is always with us forever. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you - John 14:16-17. I am with you always, even to the end of the age - Mathew 28:20. God is always with us throughout our life and He will never leave us.

                                           

PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are Immanuel who is always with us. Let us not fear of any evil as You are always with us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
