Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts before Him, for God is our refuge - Psalm 62:8.
Hannah carried all her burdens to the Lord
and poured out her soul to Him. I was pouring out my soul to the Lord - 1
Samuel 1:15. After Hannah poured out her heart to God, she was no longer sad as
she had found rest in the presence of God. So the woman went her way and ate,
and her face was no longer sad - 1 Samuel 1: 18.
God fills us with His peace as we pour out our
hearts by making all our requests known to God. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and
supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and
the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and
minds through Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6, 7. Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who
daily bears our burdens - Psalm 68:19.
God cares about our burdens. Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved - Psalm 55:22. Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you - 1 Peter 5:7. Let us trust God and pour out our hearts before Him. I cry out to the Lord with my voice; With my voice to the Lord I make my supplication. I pour out my complaint before Him; I declare before Him my trouble - Psalm 142:1.
PRAYER: Dear Lord, You are our
refuge. Let us pour out our hearts before You at all times. In Jesus’ name we
pray. Amen.
