God's Resurrection Power In Us

 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you - Romans 8:11.

               Through the resurrection power of Christ, we become dead to sins and alive to God. Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life - Romans 6:4. All things have become new in our life and we are no longer bound by sins. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new - 2 Corinthians 5:17.

              God’s power empowers us with everything we need for godliness and life. His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue - 2 Peter 1:3. We are transformed into His image from glory to glory. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord - 2 Corinthians 3:18.

               God had raised us by His power from spiritual death to new life. And God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power -1 Corinthians 6:14. His power is made perfect in our weaknesses. My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness - 2 Corinthians 12:9. The Spirit of God that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us as hope of glory. To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory - Colossians 1:27.
