This Was The Lord’s Doing; It Is Marvelous In Our Eyes

       This was the Lord’s doing; It is marvelous in our eyes - Psalm 118:23.

              God fought for the Israelites by doing great and awesome things in the Red Sea. He drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land for the Israelites to cross the Red Sea. Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still - Exodus 14:13,14. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the Lord drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided, and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left. That day the Lord saved Israel from the hands of the Egyptians - Exodus 14:21,22, 30. 

             The Lord’s doing in our life will be marvelous in our eyes and great beyond our understanding like how He did in the Red Sea. He does great things beyond our understanding - Job 37:5. It was your own eyes that saw all these great things the Lord has done - Deuteronomy 11:7. He does great things, and unsearchable, marvelous things without number - Job 5:9. He does great things past finding out, yes, wonders without number - Job 9:10. I will show them wonders - Micah 7:15. We need to be still and see the wonders that God does in our life. Be still, and know that I am God - Psalm 46:10. By faith they passed through the Red Sea as by dry land - Hebrews 11:29.

              Let us thank and praise the Lord for His great doings in our life that are marvelous in our eyes. Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! For He has done marvelous things - Psalm 98:1. For He who is mighty has done great things for me, And holy is His name - Luke 1:49. Come and see the works of God; He is awesome in His doing toward the sons of men - Psalm 66:5. He is your praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen - Deuteronomy 10:21. The Lord has done great things for us, And we are glad - Psalm 126:3.

                                                                 

PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You and praise You for this new year. You are the Lord who fights for us. We thank You for all Your great and awesome doings in our life that are marvelous in our eyes. Help us to be still and know that You are the Lord of every victory. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
