The Blood of Christ

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ - Ephesians 2:13.   

Blood that is shed for us       

          For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins - Matthew 26:28. knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot - 1 Peter 1:18,19.

 Blood that cleansed us       

          How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? - Hebrews 9:14. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin - I John 1:7.

 Blood that redeemed us  

          In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace - Ephesians 1:7.

 Blood that justified us  

        Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him - Romans 5:9.

 Blood that brought us peace 

          By Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross - Colossians 1:20.
